Message from the Committee Chair
Acute Care Common Stem is a new three-year programme enabling Foundation trainees to embark into a career in Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, Intensive Care Medicine and Acute Medicine.
It is the only route for entry into Emergency Medicine training for trainees exiting the Foundation programme.
Currently KSS deanery has 22 CT1 trainees in ACCS programme with themed exits as follows EM-9, Anaesthesia -9 and Acute Medicine -4.
