The Clinical Leadership Development Day is a joint initiative between the KSS School of Paediatrics and the KSS School of Clinical Leadership

 

Purpose:

Leadership skills and attitudes are now embedded within all specialty  curricula. This workshop is focused on increasing your awareness, as paediatric trainees, of the crucial role that clinical leadership plays in improving patient care. We will also provide opportunities for you to reflect on how you can develop your own leadership skills and knowledge.

Content:

  • Defining Clinical Leadership
  • Reflecting on leadership practice
  • Ethical Leadership
  • Developing service improvement projects

Open to:

Paediatric Specialty Trainees ST1-ST5 in the first instance

There is no charge for attending the Development Day for Paediatric ST1 to ST5 Trainees working in the KSS region.
