Cross-Curriculum Leadership

The School aims to ensure that the agreed national curriculum for Leadership and Management training is implemented for all KSS trainees

This will be carried out by developing the skills of the educational supervisors and will be supported by Leadership Champions who will work with the local Academic Boards and specialty Faculty groups.

All Trusts are encouraged to put forward two Leadership Champions, one a senior clinician, the other a senior manager. The School of Leadership is running a series of Development days for the Champions to support them in this role.
