Leadership Champions Year 1 (2009-2010)
In its first year, The Leadership Champions attended eight Development Days and participated in the national KSS Clinical Leadership Conference. The eight Development Days covered a wide range of topics:
- Day 1: Role of champions in developing leadership education
- Day 2: Curriculum, assessment and leadership education
- Day 3:The link between leadership and management
- Day 4: Models of leadership
- Day 5: Learning from Clinical Leadership Fellowships
- Day 6: Ethical leadership
- Day 7: Leadership in organisations
- Day 8: Leadership in the public services
