Specialty Training Guide
Welcome to the KSS Deanery Specialty Training Guide.
This guide will be a living document subject to regular updates. It is produced to assist all who work in the delivery of specialty programmes in KSS Deanery and its partner organisations. It is complementary to publications from the Foundation and General Practice (GP) Programmes. It is a sign post to the correct policies and procedures to ensure the very best of postgraduate medical education delivery. The guide should be read in conjunction with the Gold Guide for Postgraduate Specialty Training in the UK. This guide largely uses the third edition of the Gold Guide. Where possible we have ordered our entries in the same order as in the Gold Guide, for ease of referencing. We welcome contributions and suggestions for the enhancement of this guide from its users.
