Portfolio

ePortfolios are becoming well established in the health profession as a means of facilitating and demonstrating learning and assessment.  Within the KSS Deanery, all Surgery trainees are expected to maintain the Intercollegiate Surgical Curriculum Programme e-Portfolio as evidence of learning and progression.

The trainee’s main responsibility is to ensure the E-Portfolio is kept up to date by recording their Workplace Based Assessments and reflections on learning in order to outline their progress through the curriculum.  The content of the e-Portfolio feeds directly into the Annual Review of Competence Progression (ARCP) and ultimately your CCT in Urology.
